This is just going down the drain....

Ugh great here's the very sad story of my diet today

Breakfast

  • Omelette--1 egg, tofu, string beans, brocolli, goat cheese
  • 2 pieces of apricot walnut bread
  • 1 cup of coffee
  • 10:00 am
Snack and Lunch
  • 1 stone ground wheat cracker with natural honey and organic peanut butter
  • 1/4 glass of raw milk with raw honey
  • 1 bowl of lentil, carrot, celery, and onion soup with lime 
  • 3:35 pm ish
