Not a Great Start

I'm wondering if I should start a point system and actually make up a diet. I don't like calorie counting, because nutritional value is often more important to health.

Breakfast (10:15 am ish)

  • Cup of coffee with organic 2% milk
  • Large bowl of oatmeal with raisins, honey, and organic 2% milk
Lunch (12:50 and 1:45 ish respectively)
  • 9 Costco Mozzarella and Spinach ravioli for a "snack" (I'm sooo bad)
  • 2 pieces of quiche (spinach, cream cheese, eggs, onions, and mushroom with no crust)
Supper (4:45 ish)
  • Small bowl of lentil soup with carrots
Late Night (11:00 pm ish)
  • Bowl of osh soup (wheat noodles, beets, onions, dill weed, carrots, etc)
  • 1 grapefruit
Now I see a couple of problems already. 
a) Lack of water and juice
b) Lack of fruits and vegetables
c) Uneven eating times

These need to be corrected.
