Here I'm going to try to track what I eat and how much I move around. I haven't started any kind of diet, but here are my goals:
1. Lose 15 - 25 lbs
2. Lose lovehandles
3. Gain some muscle mass
Alright, so let's run through what I ate today from memory:
Breakfast
- One bowl of oatmeal with honey and organic 2% milk
- Cup of coffee with organic 2% milk only
- 9:45 am
- 1 cup of water
Lunch
- Approx 15 mozerella and spinach ravioli from Costco frozen bag
- 12:45 pm ish
Snack
- Vanilla coffee from Doctor's office with skim milk (2:00 ish)
- Sample half oatmeal cookie from Costco
- Sample small cup of chocolate milk from Costco (5:00 pm ish)
Dinner
- Cut filet mignon sauteed in onions with asian rice and brussels sprouts (6:30 ish)
Wow I just noticed something vital missing from this....WATER! That is going on the number one thing I want to fix right now.
Exercise:
- 10 minute dog walk at slow pace (doesn't really count)
